Condition tap to record what you found

Your report writes itself

A real element, working the way it does in the app. Tap a defect.

The bit that matters

It only writes what you told it.

The single reason surveyors distrust AI in a report is that it might invent something. SiteWrite is built the other way round: the prose can only be composed from the observations you recorded. It does not decide a crack is historic. If you did not record it, it is not in the report.

Every generation is logged against the surveyor, the element and the moment it happened, so there is an audit trail behind the words. You read and approve every paragraph, and you can rewrite any of it. The report stays yours, and so does the professional judgement in it.

How Reports works

From site notes to the finished report.

  1. Step 1

    Record what you see

Tap the observations that apply, add a detail where it matters, take the photo and dictate. The same words a surveyor would say out loud, on a phone that works with no signal.

  2. Step 2

    Written from your notes

Your notes become properly written paragraphs in the register of a Home Survey, with the condition rating carried through. Nothing is added that you did not record.

  3. Step 3

Read it through, then send it

Finish it at your desk with time to think. What you see in the boxes is exactly what prints in the PDF.

Built for the job

Everything a Home Survey actually needs.

Not a general-purpose form builder with a surveying template bolted on. The structure, the ratings and the language are the ones you already work in. More on RICS Home Surveys →

Questions

Questions surveyors ask.

What is the difference between SiteWrite CRM and SiteWrite Reports?
SiteWrite CRM runs the survey around the inspection: the enquiry, the quote, your terms, payment, the booking, delivery to the client and the review. SiteWrite Reports is the app the surveyor takes site notes in, and the report is written from them.
Do I need both?
For the CRM, yes: it is added to SiteWrite Pro. SiteWrite Reports works on its own, so a surveyor who wants less time typing reports up can start today. A practice that wants its enquiries, bookings and payments in one place can apply to be a founding firm for the CRM.
How much does it cost?
SiteWrite Reports has a free plan and paid plans per surveyor, each with a 30-day trial and no card needed; Pro is £99 a month per surveyor. SiteWrite CRM is £19 a month, added to Pro, with office logins free, and with it each surveyor after the first is £69. Founding firms get three months free, then the CRM at half price for life.
Are the RICS reports approved by RICS?
SiteWrite Reports uses RICS-approved templates for the RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 reports, with the full section structure, condition ratings and limitations.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. The iOS and Android apps hold everything on the device, photographs included, and sync when you are back in coverage.
Can our surveyors be self-employed?
Yes. In SiteWrite CRM each surveyor can be employed or self-employed on a fee share, with the documents you need from them, reminders before those expire, and a pay statement on your pay day.
Is our data kept apart from other firms?
Yes. Each CRM firm has its own separate database, never pooled with another firm's, and every firm's reports and photographs are kept apart from every other firm's.
Who is behind SiteWrite?
SiteWrite Ltd, a UK company in Manchester, founded by a chartered surveyor who runs a surveying practice. Support is by email from a UK team.

Try it on your next survey.

30 days with everything switched on, including the full phrase library and the valuation tools. No card, and nothing to install before you decide.
