1. We email you a link
It goes to the work address you enter above, usually within a minute. Nothing exists in the system yet at this point, so there is nothing to undo if you change your mind.
2. You set a password
Opening that link is what actually creates the account. Your firm, your copy of the phrase library and your 30 days all begin here, not when you submit the form.
3. You take it to a property
Sign in on the desktop app to set your firm up, then use the mobile app on site. Your first report can be a real one, and it stays yours whatever you decide at the end of the trial.

Do I need a card?: No. The trial runs for 30 days with no payment details and there is nothing to cancel. If you decide against it, the account simply drops to the free tier and your reports stay where they are.
Who should sign up, the firm or the surveyor?: Whoever will administer it. The first account is the firm admin, and you invite your surveyors from there once you are in, so a sole practitioner and a ten-person practice both start the same way.
Can I use it on a real survey straight away?: Yes. The trial is not a sandbox and nothing is watermarked, so the first report you produce is one you can issue to a client.
What happens to my work when the trial ends?: It stays. The account moves to the free tier, which keeps one active report at a time, and everything you have written remains in place until you choose a plan.
