Both. A general CRM tracks leads and deals; practice management software runs the work itself. SiteWrite CRM does the two together: the enquiry and the quote, then the terms, payment, the booked inspection, delivery of the report and the review.

Do I need SiteWrite Reports to use it?

Yes, SiteWrite Pro for at least one surveyor: the CRM is added to Pro. A firm whose surveyors write their reports elsewhere pays for one Pro seat and the CRM.

How much will it cost?

£19 a month, added to SiteWrite Pro at £99 a month per surveyor. With the CRM, each surveyor after the first is £69 instead of £99, and a surveyor who writes reports in another tool is a £29 CRM seat. Office logins are unlimited and free, and there is no set-up fee and no contract. Founding firms get three months free, then the CRM at half price for life.

Can my clients pay and follow the job online?

Yes. They accept the quote and your terms, pay by card or bank transfer, follow progress and download the report from their own page. Your office arranges the inspection date with them.

Is my firm’s data kept apart from other firms?

Yes. Every firm has its own separate database.
