Honest about what it does

About SiteWrite
SiteWrite was founded by Chris Bloor, a chartered surveyor who runs a surveying practice. He built SiteWrite to run it, and then opened it to other firms.
Why it exists
A surveying practice does two jobs at once. One is the survey itself: an inspection, then a report written to a standard, with every word answerable. The other is everything around it: the enquiry, the quote, the terms, the payment, the booking, the visit, the report reaching the client, and the review afterwards.
The software for both was either built for someone else or held together by hand. So we built our own. SiteWrite Reports writes the RICS Home Survey report from the surveyor’s site notes and nothing else. SiteWrite CRM runs the job around it, from the first enquiry to the finished report.
Both are used every day in a working practice, which is where new features are proven first. A practice can start with Reports and add the CRM to Pro when it is ready.
SiteWrite Reports goes to site in the iOS and Android apps, with or without signal, and the report can be read through on a desktop or laptop back at the office. SiteWrite CRM runs in the browser for the office, and each surveyor sees the day's inspections on their phone.
What we make

Each firm's data is kept apart from every other firm's. Our security page says exactly how.
