For surveyors · CRM + Reports

Software for surveying firms, from first enquiry to finished report.

SiteWrite CRM takes each survey from the first enquiry to the review: the quote, your terms, payment, the booked inspection and the client’s own page. SiteWrite Reports turns your surveyors’ site notes into the RICS Level 2 or Level 3 report.

Three founding firms, starting early in 2027: free for three months, then half price for life.

The work it fits

In your words, from the first screen.

Every screen, email and client page uses the words your firm uses. Surveyors start from the Surveying preset, and any word can be changed.

  • RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3
  • Valuations, booked with the survey or on their own
  • Other surveys you quote for, priced per job

What it does

The whole survey, start to finish.

SiteWrite CRM runs the whole survey
Reports writes it up

A typical survey, start to finish. An enquiry arrives from the form on your website for a Level 2 survey with a valuation. You send a firm quote, the buyer accepts it and your terms and pays online, and your office books the inspection with a surveyor who covers that postcode. The surveyor sees the brief, the address and the access details on their phone, writes the report, and the office issues it. The buyer downloads it from their own page with the invoice, and a review request follows.

01

Every enquiry in one place

An online enquiry form with your own questions, and every enquiry, from the form or the phone, on one board with what happens next.

02

Quotes that follow themselves up

A set price for each survey or a price you quote, with VAT handled either way. Clients accept online, and a reminder goes before a quote runs out.

03

Terms and payment before you travel

The client accepts your terms online and pays by card or bank transfer, before the inspection, on the day or afterwards, as you choose. Unpaid surveys are chased for you.

04

One diary for your surveyors

How many surveys each surveyor takes a day, calendar feeds for their phones, and a page for each inspection with everything they need on the day.

05

Delivery and the client portal

Send the report or mark the survey complete. The client follows progress, pays, and downloads the invoice and the report from their own page, then gets a review request.

06

Your surveyors and their pay

Employed or self-employed, with fee shares, the documents you need from each surveyor, reminders before they expire, and pay statements on your pay day.

Set-up takes about 45 minutes, and until you switch it on for clients every email goes to you alone. More about SiteWrite CRM.

Founding firms

Be one of our three founding firms.

Founding firms get the CRM free for three months and set it up with us, then pay half price for life. Chris reads every application himself, and everyone who applies hears back either way. Sign-up opens to every firm after that.

Questions

Questions firms ask.

Do I need both products?
For the CRM, yes: it is added to SiteWrite Pro. SiteWrite Reports has a free plan and a 30-day trial with no card, and works on its own. SiteWrite CRM is open to three founding firms first.
Are the reports RICS-approved?
SiteWrite Reports uses RICS-approved templates for the RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 reports, with the full section structure, condition ratings and limitations.
Can the CRM handle self-employed surveyors?
Yes. Each surveyor can be employed or self-employed, with a fee share, the documents you need from them, reminders before those expire, and a pay statement on your pay day.
Do the CRM and Reports connect?
Not yet. Connecting them, so a booked survey goes to the surveyor’s app and the finished report comes back to the client, is on the way for firms with Pro and the CRM.
Can clients book and pay online?
They accept the quote and your terms and pay by card or bank transfer online, then follow the survey on their own page. Your office arranges the inspection date with them.
How much does SiteWrite CRM cost?
£19 a month, added to SiteWrite Pro; every surveyor on it holds a seat, and office logins are free. No set-up fee and no contract. Three founding firms get it free for three months, then half price for life.
Is my data kept apart from other firms?
Yes. Every firm using SiteWrite CRM has its own separate database, never pooled with another firm’s.
