Office logins are unlimited and free; every surveyor given work in the CRM holds a seat. With the CRM, each Pro surveyor after the first is £69 a month instead of £99, and a surveyor who writes reports in another tool is a £29 CRM seat. No set-up fee, billed monthly, no contract. Sign-up opens to every firm after the founding firms have started, and these are the prices then.

With the CRM, Pro is £99 for the first surveyor and £69 for each one after, so from two surveyors adding the CRM lowers the bill. Founding firms pay nothing for the first 3 months, then the CRM at half price for as long as they stay; Pro seats are at their normal price.

Questions firms ask.
- Is SiteWrite Reports priced per surveyor or per firm?
- Per surveyor, per month. A two-person practice on Starter pays for two seats. With SiteWrite CRM added to Pro, each surveyor after the first is £69 a month instead of £99. You pay for surveyors. Office staff are always free.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing disappears. The account drops to the Free tier, so your reports and your library stay where they are and you carry on with one active report at a time until you choose a plan.
- I only write a few reports a month. Which plan suits me?
- Solo, at £39 a month for one surveyor. It includes 3 reports a month, and each report after that is £15, with no set-up fee. From 6 reports a month Starter works out cheaper, and you can move up whenever your workload changes.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The trial runs for 30 days with everything switched on and no payment details, and there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, up or down, and seats can be added or removed as the practice changes.
- What is the desktop research add-on?
- An add-on for Pro firms. Press Research on a survey and SiteWrite checks the property against public records before you visit: flood risk, radon, coal mining, ground conditions, noise, planning, the energy certificate, broadband and mobile coverage, schools, transport and crime. It is ready in a few minutes, and the findings go into the report for you to review. It costs £3 a survey, added to your next invoice; running it again on the same survey is free unless its postcode changes, and a trial includes 5 free runs. It does not replace your client's legal searches.
- Is the phrase library really editable?
- Yes. All 2,200+ entries are yours to edit, regroup and add to from Starter upwards, so the reports read like your firm rather than like a vendor.
- How is SiteWrite CRM priced?
- £19 a month, added to SiteWrite Pro. Every surveyor you give work to in the CRM holds a seat: a Pro seat, where each surveyor after the first is £69 a month instead of £99, or a £29 CRM seat for a surveyor who writes reports in another tool. Office logins are unlimited and free, so adding a coordinator or an administrator does not add to the bill. There is no set-up fee and no contract: it is billed monthly. Sign-up opens to every firm after the founding firms have started.
- What do founding firms get?
- Three months free, set up with us, then the CRM at half price for life: half of the £19, and of any £29 CRM seats, for as long as you stay with us. Pro seats are at their normal price. A founding firm with one surveyor pays £108.50 a month. Three founding firms are starting early in 2027, and every firm that applies hears back either way.
- Do I need SiteWrite Reports to use the CRM?
- Yes: the CRM is added to SiteWrite Pro, so you need Pro for at least one surveyor. A firm whose surveyors write their reports elsewhere pays for one Pro seat, £99, £19 for the CRM, and £29 a month for each other surveyor given work in it. Office logins are free. Connecting the two, so a booked job goes to the surveyor’s app and the finished report comes back to the client, is on the way.
