- Is it per surveyor or per firm?
- Per surveyor, per month. A two-person practice on Starter pays for two seats. You only pay for people who actually write reports.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing disappears. The account drops to the Free tier, so your reports and your library stay where they are and you carry on with one active report at a time until you choose a plan.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The trial runs for 30 days with everything switched on and no payment details, and there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, up or down, and seats can be added or removed as the practice changes.
- Is the phrase library really editable?
- Yes. All 2,200+ entries are yours to edit, regroup and add to from Starter upwards, so the reports read like your firm rather than like a vendor.
