For RICS surveying practices

Your site notes are the report.

SiteWrite turns what you record on site into a finished RICS Home Survey Level 2 or Level 3 report, so the evening job goes away.

30 days, everything switched on, no card needed.

Condition tap to record what you found

Your report writes itself

A real element, working the way it does in the app. Tap a defect.

The bit that matters

It only writes what you told it.

The single reason surveyors distrust AI in a report is that it might invent something. SiteWrite is built the other way round: the prose can only be composed from the observations you recorded. It does not infer that a roof is sound because you said it was recently covered. It does not decide a crack is historic. If you did not record it, it is not in the report.

Every generation is logged against the surveyor, the element and the moment it happened, so there is an audit trail behind the words. You read and approve every paragraph before anything is produced, and you can rewrite any of it. The report stays yours, and so does the professional judgement in it.

The loop

Three steps, and the report exists.

  1. 01

    Record what you see

Tap the observations that apply, add a detail where it matters, take the photo. The same chips a surveyor would say out loud, on a phone that works with no signal.

  2. 02

    The prose writes itself

Your observations become properly written paragraphs in the register of a Home Survey, with the condition rating carried through. Nothing is added that you did not record.

  3. 03

Read it, change it, send it

Everything is editable before it goes anywhere. What you see in the pre-flight boxes is exactly what prints in the PDF, and the finished report is sent to your office.

Built for the job

Everything a Home Survey actually needs.

Not a general-purpose form builder with a surveying template bolted on. The structure, the ratings and the language are the ones you already work in.

Level 2 and Level 3

The full section structure, condition ratings, and the limitations that belong with them.

Valuations

Market value and reinstatement, with comparables and Red Book wording, as part of the same job.

Your phrase library

2,200+ entries you can edit, group and add to. Your firm's words, not a vendor's.

Photographs and plans

Captured against the element they belong to, laid out in the report without you placing anything.

Health and safety flags

Risks and legal matters raised from what you recorded, gathered into the right section automatically.

Repair costings

Optional summary of what the work is likely to cost, built from the defects you rated.

On site

No signal, no problem.

Empty properties have thick walls and no bars. SiteWrite is offline first: everything you record, including photographs, is held on the device and syncs when you are back in coverage. You are never waiting on a spinner in somebody's cellar.

Available as offline-first iOS and Android apps, plus the web app on desktop.

  • Works with the phone in flight mode. Tested that way, deliberately.
  • Photographs stay with their element. No end-of-day sorting.
  • Pick the job up on another device. It carries on where you left it.

Try it on your next survey.

30 days with everything switched on, including the full phrase library and the valuation tools. No card, and nothing to install before you decide.
